You decide
- You accept or reject, one proposal at a time.
- You fix a title, a quantity or a price before it counts.
- You send the quote. AI never sends it for you.
- Finishing a task is settled between you and your client. AI does not touch it.
Site tracking
A photo, a voice note, proposals to settle
From the site you open « Signaler l'avancement »: up to ten photos, a voice note of up to three minutes, a written note if you want one. AI transcribes the voice, reads the photos and hands you proposals to review one by one. You settle them, then you apply them.
- Each observation is matched to a task in the plan, or proposed as a new one: material, incident or ordinary task.
- An advanced task never goes further than « To validate ». Finishing a task stays a human decision, taken by two people.
- Every proposal says why, shows the photos it relies on and displays its confidence level.
- If the analysis returns nothing, the photos and the note stay attached to the project.

Quotes
A draft quote priced at your own rates
From an opportunity, AI prepares a draft from your own past quotes and invoices stored in My documents, plus your saved line-item templates. The quote lands as a draft in your editor, with its warning: you read it line by line before sending.
- AI reuses the wording, the units and above all the unit prices of your past quotes. With no history uploaded, it starts from market benchmarks you adjust.
- Between 3 and 40 line items, with quantity, unit, unit price and VAT. Never a discount: the discount stays your commercial call.
- The quote is created as a draft. Nothing reaches the client until you click « Send ».

Task plan
A task plan to correct, not to accept as is
Once a quote is accepted, AI proposes a site plan built from the project, the accepted quote's line items and the contract's payment schedule. You untick what is not yours, you fix the titles, you confirm.
- The proposal starts from the accepted quote and the contract payment schedule, not from a generic template.
- Between 5 and 15 tasks, dated and ordered, with at least one checkpoint and one payment milestone.
- Everything arrives pre-ticked and nothing is written: generating creates no task, only your confirmation does.

What AI does not do
The scope is short, and it is held by the code rather than by a promise.
- It does not finish a task
- An advancement proposal stops at « To validate ». The final validation is settled between you and your client, exactly as it is on a task entered by hand.
- It does not write your contracts
- Contracts, legal notices and electronic signature are produced from templates, deterministically. No AI is involved in those documents.
- It does not rule on compliance
- The analysis gives you bearings on how your site is progressing. It replaces neither a technical inspection, nor an engineering firm, nor your own professional judgement.
- It sends nothing
- No quote, no message and no plan update leaves without a click from you.
