  2. Project quotes screen: coverage by trade, then the accepted quote with its total.

    Quotes land in one place, line by line. You compare calmly and accept the one that suits you.

  3. Site contract screen: the “Signed” status and the contract as a PDF.

    The contract follows the accepted quote. Two signatures, one PDF archived in your project.

  4. Appointments screen: the next site meeting and the technical visit awaiting your answer.

    Visit, kick-off, progress check: every appointment is proposed, confirmed and comes with a reminder the day before.

  5. “Pending validations” screen: the card of a finished step, with its photos, swiped right under the “Validated” stamp.

    The professional marks a step as done, with photos. You validate with one gesture, or ask for a fix.

  6. Handover report screen: the “Signed” status, the company and the handover date.

We check each professional’s file before awarding the “Verified” badge, and protect your data and documents throughout the project.

  1. Our team checks the company’s SIRET number.

  2. At least one valid insurance policy is checked: ten-year or public liability.

  3. Listings from public sources carry no badge until their file has been checked.

  4. Quotes, contract and handover report stay archived in your project, hosted in France.

Is it really free for homeowners?

Yes, Hello Chantier is completely free for homeowners. You can create your project, receive quotes, track your renovation and access your legal documents at no cost.

How are professionals selected?

Professionals carry the “Verified” badge once our team has checked their SIRET number and at least one valid insurance policy (ten-year or public liability). The directory also lists company profiles from public sources: these are clearly identified and carry no badge until their file has been verified.

What happens in case of a dispute with a professional?

All your communications, documents and validations are archived on the platform. In case of disagreement, you have a complete history to support your case. Our support team can also assist you.
